- The average electricity selling price calculation algorithm for the competitive market includes electricity sales (the sales volume and value of energy sold) made by generators and trading companies in the competitive segments of the Polish wholesale electricity market, which means the sales to trading companies under bilateral contracts and through power exchanges (TGE in Poland and the European EPEX SPOT SE and NORD POOL).
- For vertically consolidated groups, the electricity sales volume and the value of sales to trading companies outside the corporate groups and to the power exchange were considered in the price calculation.
- Sales of electricity to the balancing market (due to its technical nature) are not included in the average value calculation.
